Seminar Description

This presentation draws upon a study that examined technological and system changes to predict future economic scenarios. Technological change is central to maintaining current standards of living in modern economies with finite resources and increasingly stringent environmental goals. Successful environmental policies can contribute to efficiency by encouraging, rather than inhibiting, technological innovation. The speaker will discuss potential challenges and opportunities of green innovations.
